ATTENTION: We DO NOT sell puppies to wholesalers, brokers, pet shops, or persons purchasing for re-sale. By completing this application, you are stating that this dog is being purchased as a pet for yourself.

A deposit of $300 US is due immediately upon submission of this application. By submitting this application, you understand that any payment made to Leggo Danes is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Should there be ANY changes between the time of application and you obtaining custody of your puppy, you are required to notify Leggo Danes within 2 business days of said change. Changes can include, but are not limited to: resident change, residents residing at location, contact details, etc.
